Yamunotri, Uttarkashi, Dehradun, Gangotri Char Dham Uttarakhand Yatra - BishuTricks

The Char Dham Yatra route is from Dehradun

Dehradun: In the seventh and eighth century, while setting foot on the hills of the Garhwal Himalaya in Uttarakhand, Adi Guru Shankaracharya had established Jyotirlinga in Badriakashram Jyotipith and Kedarnath in Badrinath. For centuries, devotees followed these paths and came to see these holy shrines and to get the benefit.

However, after the roads were built in the past few decades, the devotees got rid of these traditional pedestrian expansions in terms of time and strength. While the direct road to Badrinath Dham, the road to Kedarnath's base camp Gaurikund is also accessible.

But now before the start of Char Dham Yatra next month, State Disaster Redressal Force (SDRF) of Uttarakhand Police has taken the initiative to find out the path of those who have gone extinct from time to time.

Uttarakhand Police Director General (Law and Order) Ashok Kumar said that a 13-member team led by Inspector Sanjay Abreti has been sent to Badrinath and Kedarnath, who would travel by himself to find those traditional routes. There are two female members of this team.

Kumar said that only 70 years ago, devotees traveled on pedestrian routes and reached Badrinath and Kedarnath Dham. But after the roads were formed this route gradually became extinct.

We have taken the initiative to find them again. The SDRF team started its journey on 20 April from the Lakshmanjula area near the religious town Rishikesh and now it has reached the Rudraprayag with a distance of 160 km along the Ganges river.

Upretti from Rudraprayag told that our team has been divided into two parts from here. One team is heading towards Badrinath whereas the other team has left towards Kedarnath in different directions.

Upreti is leading the team going to Badrinath. The team of SDRF has taken ancient literature along with the tools necessary for this journey like ropes and flashlight, which can help in finding traditional pedestrian paths.

Upreti said that the use of the Global Positioning System (GPS) is also being taken for the purpose of searching for pedestrian routes. He said that besides this, we are also taking help from local villagers and sadhus to find these routes. Director General of Police Kumar said that a detailed report will be prepared after the team's return.

He said that if our effort to find foot routes succeeds, it will also encourage tourism in addition to religious in the area. The launch of Char Dham Yatra is being started next month.

The kadat of Badrinath Dham situated in Chamoli the district is open on May 10, while the kadat of Lord Shiva's Dham Kedarnath temple in Rudraprayag district will open on May 9. The Gangotri and Yamunotri valves situated in Uttarkashi district will open on May 7, on the day of Akshaya Tritiya.

Vice President Ahead Of Travel Chaos Also Constrained

There is only nine days left to start the Char Dham yatra. How these arrangements will improve in the Dhams and how efficient the journey will be in these nine days. Chardham Vikas Parishad Vice-President Shiv Prasad Mamgain was also seen due to this.

In a press conference, Vice President Shiv Prasad Mamgain said that there is a bad situation in the Yamunotri yatra route. There are no premises for passengers standing in Yamunotri Dham. Toilets are not made. Ghats have not been built in Gangotri and communication service is bad. To tell these problems, they are getting calls from the district magistrates on Friday, but have not received a phone call once.

In a press conference held at GMK, Uttarkashi, Chardham Vikas Parishad vice president Shiv Prasad Mamgain said that he has inspected the Yamunotri Yatra Marg and Gangotri Yatra Marg. During this, the pilgrims of both the Dhams started complaining to the dislikes in the Dhams.

He said that the situation of Yamunotri Marg from Dharasu to Janaki Chatti is very bad. Regardless of the fact that from the flower clay to the Janaki Chatti, Loniwi is engaged in the task of correcting the Barakot route. Due to the construction of all way, there is a heap of soil on the highway. They must be removed. After the disaster last year, the campus should be constructed near the Yamunotri temple.

At the same time, construction of toilets, bath kunds, bathing ghats in Yamunotri Dham is also to be constructed. Gangotri highway situation is correct but ghats have not been constructed in Gangotri Dham. There have not been any security arrangements. If a passenger baths, then his life can be at risk. They will return to Dehradun about all these chaos and apprise the Chief Minister and the government.

In addition, he will interact with BSNL officials for communication service in Gangotri. On this occasion, BJP leader Mahavir Panwar, Chairman of Gangotri Temple Committee Suresh Samwal, Jamunotri Temple Committee Deputy Chairman Jagmohan Uniyal, Gangotri Temple Committee's co-secretary Rajesh Samwal were also present.

I am busy with travel preparations these days. On Friday evening, I went to Yamunotri Dham. There is no call to my official number. Could not connect to the network due to the network. Although there is a code of ethics these days, there is no protocol.
